Admissions procedures Print E-mail

All correspondence concerning admission should be addressed to the registrar of the seminary. Within eight weeks of the term in which the applicant would like to start, applicants for all programs of study should furnish the following (all materials must be provided in English):

  1. A completed application
  2. The non-refundable application fee
  3. Recommendations required for the desired program. (Download a recommendation form here.) The recommender completes and seals the form. These forms constitute a valuable and integral part of the application evaluation.
  4. Official transcripts of all post-high school studies. (Graduating college seniors applying before the completion of their studies may have a transcript sent indicating their academic record to the point of application and beĀ provisionally accepted). Note that an official transcript is a transcript sent directly from a previous school to CBTS.
  5. International students must supply additional information. See the international students page for more information.

All of the above materials need to beĀ received before the application can be processed.

To protect student privacy, application materials will not be returned, nor will they be transferred to another institution. If the application is submitted less than six weeks prior to scheduled classes, a letter of provisional acceptance may be sent before the receipt of all materials.
